We are currently taking on new patients

If you like what you see then why not join us, it's so easy!  All you have to do is:

  1. Complete the registration form online, click here
  2. Submit it and you're done!

We do all of the background work to ensure that your notes get passed from your old GP to us and this takes approximately 6 weeks, however we can see you as many times as you need in the meantime.

Please note that if you are on repeat medication then an initial appointment will be needed to process your prescription, after this you can continue to order your repeats using any one of our services.

Where patients are requesting to join the practice list, the practice will never discriminate on the following grounds:

  1. Race
  2. Gender
  3. Religion
  4. Social class
  5. Age
  6. Sexual orientation
  7. Appearance
  8. Medical condition
  9. Disability

Note that by sending the form you will be transmitting information about your self across the Internet and although every effort is made to keep this information secure, no guarantee can be offered in this respect.  If you would prefer to use another system to register then click on the 'Other Ways To Register' tab at the top.registration
