The practice has a number of online systems available through our website which automatically link with our clinical system for ease of access and an excellent user experience.  Just click on the above tabs for more information on the online services we offer.

To register to use any of these services you firstly need to request your registration details from us.  To do this you can either:

Please note that due to security of patient records the online systems are only available to patients over the age of 16.

Online Appointment Booking 

To use this system you will need to register, click here.

• Book GP appointments
• Cancel GP appointments
• Book up to 6 weeks in advance

Once registered with this system you can log in to your account and are able to book appointments for a doctor up to 6 weeks in advance.

The system runs at the same time as our appointment system and therefore all available appointments will be able to be booked by the user.  The system also contains a personal online diary enabling you to manage your appointments and cancel them should they no longer be required. 

The online diary will show all the appointments you have booked regardless of whether they were booked via the internet or by phone or over the desk.

Online Prescription Ordering

To use this system you will need to register, click here.

• Order any prescription from your personal list
• Select from a list of your regular requests
• View where your request is up to
• Add your own message to the GP

Our system enables you to order your prescription online.  There is a list of your medication available meaning that you do not have to type in your request everytime, you can just select what you need and submit it!
You can also add a personalised message to your request in the event that a change needs to be made or you have a query relating to your medication.

Once your request has been received the status will be updated to advise you where we are up to with your request. 

Please note that your prescription will still take 48 working hours to process

Online Messaging System

To use this system you will need to register, click here.

• Email a message direct to your GP
• Secure messaging system
• Message automatically stored in your medical record

Our system enables you to send a secure message to your GP.  This can be anything from medication queries to health queries but please be aware that in some cases the GP may still need you to attend the surgery.

Once your message has been received and actioned, the reply will be visible on your messages section of your account, you can then reply to this message if required.

In an attempt to ensure our patients are kept up to date with the latest developments at the surgery we have recently launched our new Facebook page!

Patients can choose to 'Like' this page which will then add posts from the practice to their wall.

Our Facebook page is updated in line with our website and contains useful information such as latest news, contact details, opening times, location and links to our website.
